January 2-5, 2018
Winter STW is an offshoot of Summer Trombone Workshop. The first Winter STW was at Rowen University, NJ in January of 2009. A second Winter workshop was held at West Chester University, PA in 2010. Winter-STW'18 will explore trombone repertoire in 5 days of intensive study. A distinguished faculty will offer students private and public lessons, lectures and concerts. Students will work closely with faculty toward public performances at the end of the workshop. Tenor and Bass trombone players are welcome to apply.
Enrollment is limited in order to insure a small participant-to-faculty ratio. Applicants will be invited to participate as a Full-Participant or a Part-Time Participant.
